Proposes a Barcelona 2026 hackathon session on making nf-core pipelines composable into meta-pipelines, using Nextflow pipeline composition (nextflow-io/nextflow#7213).
The session is deliberately open ended: composition is something nf-core should support, but how to do it depends on standards still being settled (records, static types, the params block, workflow outputs, lint and template support). Part of the session is listing those blockers and agreeing an order of work. A proof of concept composing rnaseq and differentialabundance is at https://github.com/pinin4fjords/rnaseq-diffabundance-meta.
